Hot Tips for Accelerated Weight Loss!
*Set a brave goal. A goal that excites you and scares you at the same time.
*Work-out first thing in the morning… after you take the Ionix and Accelerator
*To reset the metabolism and heal the pancreas, pull out all the carbs for the first 30 days.
That means absolutely NO sugar, white flour, corn, peas, pasta, rice, brad (EVEN WHOLE WHEAT BREAD)! We will begin to add those back in phase 2.
*Drink lots of water all throughout the day. You’re shooting for 3 qts. to a gallon.
*Drink your night time shake before 6-7:00 pm.
*Make sure that you are replacing BRAKFAST & DINNER with shakes daily. If you have a special dinner then do a shake for breakfast and lunch that day BUT do not make a habit of it because you will not lose as fast. The dinner shake puts you back in the fat burning zone throughout the night.
*Only 1 fruit per day on phase 1 and have it with the mid-day meal OR with a protein (almonds, cheese stick, cot. cheese etc.)
Exercise for Weight Loss
Alternate 30-60 min of cardio every other day with this routine….. (start with as many as you can and work up). This will build your core muscles!!!
(3) reps of 5-15 “press-ups” (lay your belly on the ground and just press up with your arms in push-up position)
(3) reps of 5-15 “press-ups with hands closer together”
(3) reps of 5-15 “regular push-ups” (you can start on your knees but want to eventually go to your toes)
(3) reps of 15 counts of planks (on elbows)
(3) reps of 15 counts of side planks (left & right)
(3) reps of 15 lunges (right & left) or do walking lunges
(3) reps of Squats
(3) reps of 15 crunches (legs 90 degree angle, reach straight up to the sky and hold 10 counts)
(3) reps of 15 leg lifts (right & left)
